How many stars a person can see in a starry night?

A star is a sphere that holding plasma inside with gravity’s power. Nearest star to the world is sun and it’s giving the energy of earth. People like to observe stars since old times. It’s possible to find star maps from old civilizations. It’s also possible to watch stars with naked eye. How many stars a people can see in a starry night?

In a starry night without clouds, a man can count over 6.000 stars. There are some seasons to see different kinds of stars because of world’s movement.

To watch lots of stars, you also need to go out the big cities. Cities are spreading a light barrier over the sky, so it’s also possible to see most shining ones only.

Most possible star system to see is Alpha Centauri System. It is 4.3 light years away from earth. It’s a very shiny one in the starry nights.

Beta Centauri is another star system than people can see with naked eye. It’s possible to see Beta Centauri on all continents of the world.

Proxima Centauri is not visible as other two stars but people can also see it with naked eye. In some months it’s more visible than ever but especially in winter days, it’s very hard to see it.

Sirius is also a shiny star possible to see with naked eye. People also know is as Dog Star. Also Canopus, Arcturus, Vega, Capella and Rigel are the shiny stars possible to see with a naked eye.
